Perhaps I could detail the Ayyubids becoming Caliph instead (having control of all Abbasid territory, including Rum). An internal takeover of the Abbasid Caliphate makes more sense than an Almohad-Ayyubid union, of which the former never recognized Abbasid dominion anywy.
