azhra , It's up to you if you love to spend 60 dollars for one game. I personally think it's not going to benefit you that much specifically if you can find other ways to spend that 60 dollars (such as buying full-featured games without IAPs). I would have gone for something else that would give back more to me. Anyway... It's agreed among the community that Manstein is the best purchase, but the other two kinda depends on what you would like to have. Zhukov is more useful in more scenarios, but... But...
Zhukov can be replaced by other artillery generals such as Govorov, or even Manstein which is actually better on a RA/FA than Zhukov. Esienhower is the best naval general, but navy isn't really critical in WC3.
None of those $20 generals are necessary in playing the game, just pure optional. Looks like you opted to get them all. Not what I would have done, but that's you and your money. I will leave you alone on that subject, alright?
Now, for advice you could benefit from: you said you have all 3 purchaseable generals plus 3400 medals, and you're wondering who to get next... I would say Gunderian. Having a 2nd tank general is very important on your team.
