But still, the point is cutting Spain some slack and giving them more expansion opportunities camouflaged with making the game more realistic. Then again, we have EasyTech's PE teacher giving them History lessons. Also Italy betraying the Axis in 1943 should be included in the 1943 campaign If so, then Nazi Germany will have (A) USSR threat to Northern European and Sothern European fronts in Eastern Europe (B) Britain in North Africa and Europe (C) Free French forces, Egypt and Italy in southern Europe and North Africa (D) Incoming D-Day on Spain (E) Weakened Axis forces AI (Bulgaria, Romania, Finland, Spain, Japan, Thailand) (F) Most of the world prepping to invade Nazi German territories (G) Defeat/Distraction of key Nazi German gens (H) Troops killed in invasion of Southern France (I) 5 fronts to deal with at once, Italian-Southern French, British-Americas Commonwealth, Easttern Europes's North and Southern European front, North African front. It's not meant to be easy for the Axis, it's actually the opposite But yeah, I mean I don't see people complaining about Germany having 6 fronts and the same useless allies in 1939. In 1939 Germany has: - Western Europe (North France and Belgium)
- NW Europe (Denmark, the Netherlands, and the pesky Brits trying to steal Amsterdam)
- SW Europe (Southern France, Maginot line, and D-Day in Spain with North American forces showing up later)
- Central Europe (Poland and Soviet reinforcements)
- Eastern Europe (Soviet Forces)
- SE Europe (useless Balkans dying to the Soviets)

Well my first try in EU4 was with Danemark in 1798. I actually made an all out attack on Sweden. I suceed but i didn't know some basics mechanics of the game and i thought that Russia was an ally. Basically i get overrun by Prussians and an russian navy admiral kill most of my troups. In WC 3 i tried France ( patriotism) in 1939 at the start of the game. Bad idea. French surrendered again. Then i tried usa 1939, i suceed to take Japanese islands but they actually already conquered China and start to counter attack and on the same time nazi and their allies organized a reverse D-Day on my eastern cost. Sandwich. I tried a last try with an allied country in 1939 with India and i start to attack neutral countries in middle east ( irak, iran, saoudi arabia) then i met the nazis while trying to conquer ankara. Fail

Lol it is quite possible, but you need at least 2 generals I know a strategy in 60. You first need to get Helsinki. But in 50 Helsinki has Mannerheim...

Played as USA 1939 conquest in WC3. I remembered doing quite well, taking back Paris from the Germans and invading Japan. Unfortunately I did not realize each year could only have 1 save at a time and ended up overwriting the 1939 USA conquest by mistake when I started another 1939 conquest. Ending a conquest that could have very well been a success Not went wrong in the traditional sense but still in a way went wrong.

In my first conquest of 1939 I played as Japan. All my allies lost and I won in 185 turns. The conquest didn't go wrong but was seriously tiring.
