I liked EW3 and WC2... they were my first easy tech games  they provided good challenge just had to grind medals to get past them |

Général De Gaulle, mod whatever game you like. WC3 and EW3/WC2 are all great games, don't be forced to learn hex just because a lot of people prefer one over the other. It's your mod, not theirs. The best of luck to your mod!
