If easyteach creating wc4, %999 please add diplomacy!!!!!!! I doubt it. EW5 could have diplomacy because there is no worldwide war with two-three sides, but the WC series are always rehashes of WWII (and in some cases the cold war), which have clear-cut sides with the entire world involved. However, they will probably implement the new engine, so expect to see semi-abstract maps like the ones in GoG2 and EW5. EW5 soo bad diplomacy

Well, we wanted Diplomacy for years, at least we have some type of Diplomacy system, even though it isn't optimal XD Personally I don't think we will have a new type of engine and diplomacy system until GoG3, as the GoG series is usually when new engines are released.

Depends, it is good for being a "Hitler" in his East-West front diplomacy (Non-Aggression Pact) but you will never know when one might betray you (usually endgame). And some countires start off with only enemies, some only neutral and others with allies only, instead of enemies and allies IRL. For example, this is bad in Empire age Persia as you are forced to play Germany (eliminate ALL enemies ASAP). While blocking the enemy at Mashad (only front with 1 city in the way).

Personally I hope easytech takes more of a hearts of iron four approach to world conqueror four. By this I mean more realistic maps, diplomacy, ect. Obviously they should not go nearly as in depth as HOI4 is because the simplicity of the game is part of what makes it great. I would also hope considering it is a turn based game that they could implement multiplayer like they had in world conqueror 2.

They're probably going to use the GoG2 and EW5 engine for WC4 as well (because the GoG1/Pacific-EW4-WC3 and WC2-EW3 series have similar engines, so they are most likely going to use the GoG2 engine or something similar), so don't get your hopes up.

Well, yes obviously there is only so much you can do for a mobile app with low price, all I really mean is that I hope things like Spain being half the size of America and fictional weapons will be changed

Europe needs to be large so there can be more than four nations on it at a time (like EW5's rendition of WWI with Italy being German), and also so people can tap accurately on London without accidentally tapping on Paris, Amsterdam, or Dublin at the same time. Fictional weapons is hard to say, but Easytech learns all its history from the PE teacher, so probably no.

Maybe they could add back conquest of certain areas/continents and make them better scale wise there. Even add some extra cities that weren't on the main conquer map.

We do not know yet what a historical period it would be. It could be even (like in EW5) different eras. For example: Napoleonic wars - WW2. It makes diplomacy more than possible...

I would like an ongoing conquest mode. For example, using WC3 as an example, start the Conquest at 1939 with a country, have it be so that you don't conquer the whole world but just a certain area, and then if you win, you move on to the next era where your allies have more territory and you're fighting in another territory but the enemy AI is better, and if you win again the same happens and so on. Something like a mix of the current Campaign and Conquest.

However, what would make a good excuse to call certain wars/a major war a global/worldwide event? Technically, it's WC so the war(s) should not be limited to 1 or 2 continents at most (unless it involves Asia as well). The event should have more global involvement so I do not fully believe that wars such as the Napoleonic Wars might be the focus. Maybe another WW? Or maybe we look at an age with massive European global empires.
