Suggestion:Mod which you can completely customize the game

I'm only suggesting btw. I'm not goin^to make it since my knowlege of modding is "primitive"
Although I have made texture packs for other games in the past, I have tried to make a mod of my own for WC3, but failed to make custom maps due for me to have a BTL map editor (which I don't have)
I can edit APKs and stats, but haven't gone far with it
It's to make the game customizable for you.
Like I wanted there to be a mod in which you can make maps on conquests and missions with a custom pre made map editor tool in the game.
I also wanted to change general stats and skill boosts, also to make new generals and countries.
Like my idea is to make a mod in which makes it easier to mod for people who don't know how to mod conventionally.
