Mine was ussr 1939 at around 28 turns I believe. I sent guderian and timoshenko to crush the japanese, and air general into the front led by Govorov, and the rest of my generals to Berlin.

28? wow. what's your tech like? I'm still waiting for my first under 40 😣update #2: so far, '39 USSR in 35 moves. more proud of: 1939 Greece in 37 moves low-mid tech, 3 Generals and still almost was 36, was about 200$ short for last strife and parachute

Lol I had zhukov, eisenhower, manstein, timoshenko, guderian, and bai help me out with the victory. But the secret is grabbing romania, then using an air general on the balkans area, taking out munich and vienna before weichs and brauchtisch spawn. I didnt really have the ion cannon. But it went super fast, as my navy and the two soviet infantry generals were able to grab all of mainland japan whereas the tankers took out all of the japs in china,

1943 Britain in 28 rounds. Is realy easy with the long range missiles that can reach from berlin to moscow. If you put an air general on them the eastern front isn’t an issue. I have knocked the soviet union out in less than 10 turns.

From what I see, generally wc3 records hang around 25-40 turns. What is the reason for this huge difference as compared to wc4? Im guessing its oilfields though I am unsure since I dont play wc3 and thus am unable to evaluate its impact on speed runs (seems like it forces you to move slowly to conserve oil?)
