I like the Grendadiers, Guards Inf and Light Arty just cause... explosions.

Personally I prefer Guards Cavalry because they combine both the explosions on forts and the consecutive attacks of Cavalry. Also when I put Golitsyn on one let's just say the forts should be able to get dismandled and the troops should be able to desert. Although I really like Light Artillery because it is more mobile than Heavy(moves 2 hexes instead of one) and Ican't really tell the difference in damage  |

I like Armored Car because can deal incredible damage. Lan on Armored Car triggering Assault Art can do about 100 of damage (against cavalry or infantry)

Marshal Ney, I had Golitsyn deal >100 damage when he was on guards cavalry to infantry I think and he hadn't even assault art, also he had normal morale

Yeah, in fact they use grenades against forts, but they also have cuirass...
