Instanbul and Berlin are kept for balancing conquest, so Lisbon might be added

Don't Prague and Warsaw already have its own texture? Anyways, I say Barcelona, Dublin, and Helsinki should have their own textures. Also, by new capitals do you mean new focal points in the world with the most advanced technology of every era (London, Berlin, Moscow, Washington mainly, a couple of others such as Paris and Tokyo too) or just the city sprites?

No,Warsaw had "common" texture, I don't remember Prague being lvl 7 city
Barcelona has a rival - Lisbon
Helsinki - risk of making inbalanced conquest (swedish generals)
Dublin - I'll think about it (english civil war)
Usage in campaings and conquests is crucial in choosing city

It's some sort of cathedral I believe. Warsaw has the Royal Castle, which is not seen anywhere else in the map. Also, New York perhaps? It is useful, albeit it may be overshadowed by having Washington next to it. If so perhaps Brisbane
