Japan (Noob-Friendly), Germany (Rushing), UK/USSR (Allies) for 3*, Spain for 2* and Eastern Sweden The Only Legitimate And Glorious Nordic Nation of Finland The non-existent 'Finnish' Mermen of the Finnish Sea for 1*. 
Also Yugoslavia is easier than Mongolia, since Yugoslavia has four power hungry enemies super nice friends with five generals in total coming to destroy your country give you reinforcement to fight those evil, stinking Allied powers
Yeah, but I'm pretty sure Yugo 1939 no tech/gens is impossible, what with two german gens and at least two other Axis nations trying to get to Belgrade ASAP. Also, Mongolia starts with no gens, and a certain Yamashita would like his nickname changed to 'Tiger of Mongolia'. |

Uhhhh, I know Yugoslavia is harder, I was being sarcastic, in case it wasn't clear I was pointing out while Mongolia 39 no gens/tech is feasible with immense amounts of luck, Yugo 39 no tech/gens is impossible and thus isn't feasible as a challenge. |
