Wc4 seems to have a similar city interface as ew5. At the upperleft you see the airfield, used to produce planes. Right of it you see the supply depot, used to heal troops when inside the city. Then you see the factory. Used to produce tanks and artillery units, also gives some industry Then you got the institute, used to give you some technology. At the bottom you see the missile silo, used to launch missiles. Then the nuclear plant, used to add nukes on your missiles/planes. Then you got the main city icon, used to produce infantry, to get gold and to add a landmark to the city. All parts seem to be upgradeable, yet they're locked. You need to have a certain lvl of something in order to unlock those upgrades. For me, it doesn't seem the citylvl, since they're pointing at Moscow, usually a maxed city, and there doesn't seem to be an upgrade button at the main city icon, yet a star (which usually stands for max) I expect these unlock slots to be about technology lvls instead, you need a certain technology lvl in order to unlock the upgrades. This technology lvl seems to be right there at the centre of the top, its a small icon with lvl5 in it. I guess this is upgradeable and more or less the same as processing a certain age in ew5. This also means that certain countries can start with a higher technology rank. Meaning that for instance Brittain can start with a higher technologylvl than Bulgaria.

Factory reminds me of EW4 spawn points, Factories, Cities and Stables.

Airport, Nuclear Plant and Missile Silo functions are from WC3 (only ET game that I know that have this function)

Would/Should city follow EW4 rules or will it be fixed like WC3 and EW5? What are your opinions?

I would say that as long as some countries are easier/harder than others (for challenge's sake ) it's great, as this could mean that starting as a small country wouldn't mean not having high-tech units and things until halfway through conquering the world when you don't really need it anymore

Looks like ET mixed old games and created new feature. We can see this City type at European War 5.I like this City type. All fine.

I think this system will be a mix of the other ET games. Good.

this is some exciting stuff for the new conquest mode. I can't wait to get back into playing a conquest with battles more like WC3.
