1st World Conqueror 3
2nd European War 3
3rd European War 4
WC3 has it's issues but the good parts of the game dwarf them. The only thing i'd complain about is the Capitulation and Non-realistic map. It is hard to put "National Unity" into a game like this but it should make a nation easier to capitulate than taking all of it's cities as there would be a Level one city in the middle of nowhere which you need to take(USA- Hawaii. Italy - Adis Ababba during 43 and etc). I am aware that the Developers tried to make the map as realistic as possible but they have made it look mediocre, not bad nor good.
Eurpoean War 3, I like the gameplay, the province system, the time period and the simplicity (to some extent)
European War 4, My Favourite part is the conquest but it's horribly planned as you have to destroy every fort, take every city and what not. but a Nation that you have to destroy would be far away and shipping units takes forever.

1. European War 4 2. European War 5 3. GoG (Classic&Pacific) I completed all these games (although in case of GoG not all missions for 5 stars). And usually a man likes that what he can do well  . I like WC3 as well, but these are my favorites... |

Well I can't say 1,2,3 but wc3/ew4/fus&gog would take my top votes, while the other games except latest two are really great and if you haven't tried latest games, start from something like wc1945, European war and ARW, in this way you won't spoil your experience in them, they are really great😉
