You use quora too? Cool I do to! However the starwars section is under siege from trolls I have 300 answers. You could say I use it. By use it I meant read it, I hardly answer but I read it often.

Buna ziuâ, eu sunt Vilhelm si eu vorbesc româna. Multumesc Duolingo! Good afternoon, I am William and I speak Romanian. Thanks Duolingo! (Side note, when I say 'speak', I would say 'studying', but I haven't gotten to that point yet . Also, accent marks missing at numerous places due to inability to place them) Can't help with that, I sadly don't speak in all European languages😉 But if you can introduce me with some basics I bet I can get to basic level of knowledge in no time, it has a lot of slavic words in it, so it shouldn't be that hard to master if you know few other slavic languages I don't know any Slavic languages, but I do know French and Latin fairly well. I can say with confidence that Romanian shares numerous roots with Latin and French, and even some cognates (Salut is Hello in both French and Romanian, and Latin is fairly well explained given how Romanian is sort of like Latin's bastard child it had with Russian). There was a time when Romanian was more of a hybrid language than a Romance language, as so much of the vocabulary (I believe at least half) had Slavic roots. They even used the Cyrillic as opposed to Latin alphabet for a long time. It wasn't until the growth of nationalism in the 1800's that linguists decided to purge the language of Slavic words and roots and re-Latinize them by using many loan words from French, which was, and still is in some ways, the pre-eminent Romance language in the world (All though Spanish may take that position soon). They also adopted the Latin alphabet and scrapped the Cyrillic, in an effort to return to the language's roots and 'Re-Romanianize" the language. I've heard that there is still a lot of Slavic influence in the language, however. Apparently A Citi, the verb to write, is of Russian origin. Speaking of verbs, Romanian is the only Romance language I've seen to not have most of the verbs end in -re, -er, or -ir (Or some variation of this formula). So maybe that is of Slavic origin as well. Da, which means yes, is also a direct Russian loan word into Romanian.

I sometimes read it when I find something worth reading there. Actually I asked 2 questions yesterday: "Why did Hitler trust Goring" and "What if Germany went for Moscow instead of Kiev". They gave me really good answers actually.

Quora is great and it has some really intelligent people on there, however I hear trolls are on the loose. But their historical info that can be found is great. And it is not banned at my school, so I can look at eu4 stuff and other subjects they would have banned.

I got back into Dark Souls and somehow I'm worse than when I first started. I died twice on the first knight.

Maybe because you hadn't played it before the first time, you maybe overestimated how challenging it might be and thus just played better, while the second time you maybe underestimated how difficult it would be and thus played worse? Just a theory, not a psychologist

Just a theory, not a psychologist That's exactly how it went. The first time I was terrified of every room and now on the second time I'm too cocky. I did beat it 3 times several months ago, so maybe it's warranted a bit. I am trying to actually learn weapon mechanics this time, I've been practicing my parrying and special strikes with the katana that I stole from a homeless old man.

I had this "lovely" conversation about ET games some time ago:
My friend: Can you please tell me the name of the games you play? They seem very interesting & I want to play them.
Me: ...
My friend: Does it have multiplayer?
Me: No. It's only single player.
My friend: Umm, nevermind.
My thoughts: You kept harassing me multiple times for the name of the ET games I played & just cuz they don't have multiplayer you suddenly lost ALL interest.
