Okay, my apology for messing up with the announcement. EVERYONE... Turns out that I did NOT set a later one that would make it clear that I was stuck, unable to get back being active (or even semi-active). I had thought to myself: "Okay great... I'm going to have to post that and announce my departure into a hiatus." "Better do it pretty soon." "No wait... I posted an announcement about being away, yeah?" "Oh right, yeah you did that." The reason why I had to leave for a long time was because right after I dealt with one of my brother-in-law (my wife's brother), I got a different situation popping up with my sister's husband (which makes him... one of my brothers-in-law) and a cousin who needed our help badly. A quick FYI: That cousin was escaping from her ex-husband and the abusive home environment in Minnesota and moved to Florida in town with us. So if I mention my wife's cousin and her 3-year old cute kiddo, that's who I'm talking about. On top of that kind of stress, our money situation was a bit sticky because my wife's contract agency (the stupid owner was snobby and didn't like her) wasn't giving her enough work. She even had to take up a job in Alabama and I would drive her 2 hours one way to Alabama then another 2 hours back almost everyday. Last weekend, we had a series of meetings with some co-workers, contacts, bosses, and decided that we couldn't do this anymore. We will stop going to Alabama in 3 weeks. Hopefully one rival company will pick up the opportunity and take my wife's offer right here in Florida. It's really ideal for our schedule, location, and everything. They had started offering more money than in the past. We are hoping for that contract, cross your fingers! Long story short: Ever since July, things has been pounding down hard on me and my wife (and my poor cat too! lol) constantly. Wish I could make this up, but this is definitely where real life is stranger than fiction. I couldn't make up the insane amount of BS and drama that happened recently this year. I hope everything is good now and that you and you’re family are doing good. We’re glad to have you back again!

Anyone here check < snip> I know you're new around here, and I definitely to see you participate in the community fun, welcome! But I don't want you to accidentally get in trouble with the staff. Let you know that we're still have the forum rules against discussing modern-day political matters but older historical matters are permitted (the cut off date is somewhere between 1970 to 1992, I forgot exactly).
