Ok, I have a good "what if"
What if the "Operation Hercules" (in German Unternehemen Herkules) aka the German Invasion of Malta was initiated, the Axis were bound to win as the Italians had mapped literally mapped the whole island and even knew the calibre of the guns and to which angles could they be turned to.. Keep in mind the operation would send 27000 axis troops in to the island and if they won they could've been sent to Africa where they could be used against British.

What if...Italy was actually competent during WWII and could take out Greece and the British in Egypt without German assistance? (Not likely in the slightest, but still an interesting question to think about). This would be a German speaking forum.

Kesselring, Rommel, and Student wanted this operation to happen. Goring and Hitler were against it due to fears of going through high casualties like the earlier invasion of Crete that had cost a lot of German lives but it did succeed in the end. Let say it happened, I would bet the British would be forced to withdraw from the central Mediterranean Sea without a reliable base of operations in Malta. It may help the battle of Egypt to be a more even-matched stalemate between Rommel and the Brits both who did poured ample reinforcements into that fight for both sides. Egypt would be longer and bloodier. And depending on the mindset of the leadership on the Allies' side, Operation Torch might have been dropped in fear. Then America and Britain wouldn't have pushed from Atlantic to Tunis and then jump over to Sicily and eventually force Italy into submission, but that's a big IF they drops the Operation Torch. It might be that Operation Herkules could persuade the Allies that North Africa was a lost cause, but I wouldn't go that far to guess that. Unlikely. More likely, a long stalemate in Egypt and a whole mess with no end in sight in the Mediterranean Sea warring. The Allies has more forces and supplies than the Axis but harder to push inside without Malta and the Axis has better superiority in the area.

What if Hitler didn't hate the Russians/Slavs/Commies/Stalin? How? Not happening. Hilter would have to be something else than an advocate for "the super race". In the Nazi party's eyes, the Slavic people were lesser people in comparison to the German people. Their beliefs about the Germanic blood, so forth, were part of their nationalism. Almost everything Hilter did, it was for his country's sake. Even if it was illogical at times, but it was still his ultimate motivation to see a glorious Germany rule the world with the lesser races subdued and the lowest races exterminated. Not pretty. :/

What if Hitler didn't hate the Russians/Slavs/Commies/Stalin? Then Russia would probably have stayed neutral either throughout the war or much later. This would mean the likely fall of GB and possibly an Axis controlled Atlantic. As many of us know, so much of Germany's resources went into the Russian front. Without having to face them, millions of troops and resources could've been devoted to Africa and occupied GB. Hey, we might have even seen German combat involvement in the Pacific. Jeez, imagine German and Japanese soldiers holding an island, that would be insane.

What if Hitler had never interfere with his general's and had let them do three business? that probably would've never happened, as he was chief of staff all powers of the army were in his hands, which is why we know blunders like diverting troops from Moscow to Kiev -_-

What if more countries joined the Central Powers in WWI? Those countries would be: Afghanistan (Afghanistan actually had an interesting role in the war diplomatically, look them up) Sweden Colombia Venezuela Chile Mexico Netherlands Denmark
If these countries joined the war, how might history be different? Whether the Entente of the Central Powers win the war, either way there would be major differences postwar, WWII and beyond.

What if Hitler had never interfere with his general's and had let them do three business? In so einem Fall würden alle in diesem Forum jetzt Deutsch sprechen If Hitler hadn't stopped his units at Dünkirchen for example the UK might've surrendered far quicker. At some point the allies didn't even need to kill Hitler, he was doing so many stupid moves
