Umm it is like Bismarck or Yamamoto battleships and my guess is they will be available for others only in cold war |

Alot of generals seem to be "better star wise", but for skills need some major upgrading.

These units can't be built in the 1939 conquest because there are no lvl 4 ports. We might see lvl 4 ports in 1943 conquest or Cold War conquest than.
