It happened to me a long time ago, I emailed them but to no avail. There wasn’t any other option than to begin it all over again. This is why i don't invest much in this game,no support if it crashes. I think you need to take the risks if you want to plentifully enjoy the game and spend a lot of time (or money) on it. Even if it is extremely painful when you get resetted to zero. |

Almost up to SNS,now if you spend for uber generals,that's your choice,but that is a risk you take. |

I've bought some slots, but I won't spend any money on emblems. I don't want to get sucked into buying a lot of medals/emblems, but I don't have a problem spending a couple dollars on slots, simply because they make the game so much more flexible and enjoyable. |

At the time I played it, I was so addicted that I bought all the 12 possible slots and some emblems, as 3 of my generals were bought via emblems (Murat, Suvorov and Moreau). Also, I don’t mind spending some money in a well made (and somewhat unique in his kind) free game. |
