I know it's late but if you want to pass this level don't try to attack directly but attack Berlin with air. Use your army to capture the surrounding strongholds that the game has set out. Always use air attacks (strategic planes) until the berlin is out of defense. Make sure when you attack the nuclear bomb there is no defense in the city. Use artillery to attack the manstein and you will definitely pass this level on turn 30.

ailles hold the ground and thats all they really need to do. for me i managed to weaking geramn forces so much that my ailles took the top 2 cites

Sent Graziani, Guderian, Patton, Rommel and Konev to storm Berlin head-on and left Yamamato to supervise air raids. Needless to say, only Graziani and Konev survived.

I did this with Messe and little to no technology.
What I remember doing is actually spamming heavy tanks with Messe straight west to take out Manstein. After that it's easy.

I'd hold off on attacking the city right away where the enemy Guderian is. taking the city provides a buff that can be used against Manstein later on. this is a tricky one as well just because your allies either are in a stalemate or lose completely. also, your 3 units at bottom right should be able to take the city without vatutin, so that saves his hp for the city west of there. gotta be swift in this campaign. |

Jadimir, if you don't want your heavy tanks to get 3-shot by Manstein I suggest surrounding him with your heavy tanks, as well as some cannon fodder infantry troops. You should probably also tack on some rocket artilleries cause they can't get retaliation damage. Manstein almost always attacks infantry first when it's his turn.

But don't worry i think you have nuke or something. ah yes. just use double stacked light infantry. doesnt really work all the time but infantry's the number 1 distraction. |

So I passed it with 1 star before but I’m going through getting 3 stars
Generals: Bagdolio (upgraded to L. colonel) and Messe(upgraded to colonel and rumor level 3) can’t remember what medals they have but they only have 1 each
I put bagdolio on triple stacked rocket arty and Messe on the super heavy tank and took both of them with the howitzer and heavy tank to take city south of the starting position and the rest of the troops to help Soviet allies. I built a rocket arty before end of first turn
Captured southern city then went west to get Prague first then Munich. Helped allies take out fuse roan and capture that city with my 2nd group of units (the ones without my generals)
Shorner was a pain but eventually went down
After that took Messe and bagdolio to Berlin to take out manstein and kept using fighter attacks (I have like mid tier air tech upgraded but don’t remember how much) I kept spamming rocket arty and used motorized inf or light inf to hold cities. I didn’t even have to use the nuke on manstein since Konev, Zhukov, and Rokossovsky helped they were a little less than half hp since helping them stay alive early on helped.
I then just used the nuke on the unamed city north for the fun of it and paratroop to capture it and hamburg
The Americans and brits captured the other cities so didn’t worry about them
Finished with the last for a 3 star
Ive made it to Cold War WTO mission 2 with only bagdolio and Messe not much upgraded so if y’all need any help with other levels Lmk
I’m currently trying to complete hard missions and get 3 stars on normal mode for the levels I haven’t gotten to
