When manstein attacks DON'T use your heavy tanks stack of 3 which you should have made after capuring the air port and while attacking kleist just build howitzer and medium tanks while while luring him away from Minsk then finish mission by using heavy tanks stack to take Minsk

Tanks are just damage absorbers if you dont have tank generals available |

In my level Manstein couldn't decide which city he wanted to hit lol. He first came to the arty Gen's city then went to the one above and again came back. He kept doing this till the end lol. Was very funny to see it.

I did it today with one turn over the 3 star limit. Manstein will leave his city and come towards you, I literally just went around him. My income was high enough to build a heavy tank to hold him off every 3 turns. Leeb died almost instantly, so I practically did this with Messe only. Believe or not, the problem actually seems to be Kleist. Manstien and Model in this battle is actually are weak pushovers. At least Kleist was the main obstacle when I completed it. I did it by parachuting everywhere in the north, and sending all my begining units to bully Kleist, killing him and taking his city. Taking Minsk and Riga are easy afterwords. |

This one was easy for me, although I have played the game enough that I can beat all WW2 europe with just messe. I would draw out kleist and manstein and just put semi weak troops in the city's so they couldn't retake them and moved my Meese and heavy tanks around them, easy 3 star operation. |
