Battle of Kiev normal guide Land your howitzer near you ally and use navy to support your ally on the right. Focus on building howitzers. Use your main force to take the city above and than build rocket artillery there. Move to take Kiev. Use the advantage of the 2 range of the heavy tanks to to attack the infantry general there. Split your force, 1 group containing most of your artillery to take the city on the top left, Grim will eventually move out of city making it easier to kill him. The other group to take back Voronezh.   |

But how do I prevent Manstein from taking Donetsk over? Otherwise your strategy is working very well.

Otherwise your strategy is working very well. try to upgrade generals and tech, the absolute key to stop manstein from gaining as much cities as possible is speed. Getting all the target cities manstein already invaded stops manstein from getting even more to add on to your troubles(and at the same time completing your mission). If you still have trouble Brunchiminati has a no generals guide with mid tech on youtube so do check it out. Btw if you have guderian or any op tank gen with rumour just send him face on with manstein, and you will clear the mission twice as fast. |

I found attacking up the left cities easiest, and then advancing onto the others. Your allies will normally get wiped out by Manstein, but the arty in the river is useful to prolong that and cause as much damage to the enemy generals as possible
