S rank demands so to speak an outstanding performance. Important are: 1. Number of turns (the less, the better). 2. The overall difficulty (playing for small countries increases chances to receive S ranking even with more turns). 3. Number of generals (the less, the better). 4. Number of captured cities (the more, the better). |

How many turns do you approximate? Because that one is the biggest contributor to the score. And I never make it to such a score :-(

How many turns do you approximate? Because that one is the biggest contributor to the score. And I never make it to such a score :-( I think two ways are possible. 1. To play for a small country (for example Finland 1939). I completed it in 117 turns and yet could get a medal. 2. To play for heavyweights simply crushing all opponents. In this case I think that the number of turns is crucial. I completed USSR 1943 and USA 1950 in less than 50 turns. |

Maybe I am being to sensitive, but I have seen many threads go to the other way(just look at the RP boards for example- NetherFreek mentioned Pokémons there  ) |

Its not criminal at all but i think this is important info which will not be found back due to its place under the wrong topic. I am very busy so i hoped with this post the moderator would look and made up whether he wants this here on a seperate thread.. thats all  |

Y' know, how some threads went to being a " Mountbatten roast" or something. Not a good example, huh. Anyways Netherfreek or the Gmods could just move 'em to a seperate thread, this deserves a thread. |

There has to be some other requirement for getting these medals. I have completed 1939 Conquest using 3 star (Germany), 2 star (Spain) and 1 star (Finland), getting S rank with all of them and still no hero medal.
Or my game is bugged, I haven't got any medal at all. And I have done already a good number of tasks and earned lots of medals.
Anyone has the same problem?

Medal for conquest as well as medals for tasks is awarded in Achievements screen. Go there and take it  |

My first three medals are economy, industry, and tech expert buff. Good thing is that every medal I got after them are all useful. Well, no pains, no gains. Maybe the order which we get medals is controlled by the software?  The order in which you get random medals is, well, random. In fact, if you don’t like the medal you got, you can quickly do a hard restart of your device (do not exit app), and when your device restarts and you open the game, it will start you at the last place you were when you left the app, meaning you can roll for a new medal. Repeat until you have the medal you desire. |

First game and immediately a big success. In order to succeed Conquest 1980 with the rank S, I advice you to play with USSR. I needed only... 25 rounds to conquer the whole map (and 4 « extra » rounds to take Hawaii, the last enemy city in my case). Several reasons to explain this success : - I moved my forces QUICKLY, it was a real Blitzkrieg ; - The USA, UK, France, Spain and Germany were able to resist enough time until I come with my main forces to help them ; - In Asia, the terrorists have been quickly defeated by Chinese and Japanese forces, without any help from me (a very big surprise !) ; - The terrorists let their cities unprotected, especially in Siberia, Africa and South America ; - According to this point and since you play USSR, you get a huge amount of resources per round, and after a while you will just have to spam massive air attacks (including missiles) to take quickly several cities/round.  |
