I don't understand what question 2 means. Does it say which skills (like infantry or art.) to not upgrade?

These would be my answers: 1. I'd say Weichs 2. Of course the Space Shuttle, and the fortresses/mines 3. Buy Meyer and Ozawa and save up for a good art. general (Badoglio). 4. In general no, get Nasser if you want an infatry commander 5. If he/she can nuke him. If not try letting your allies beat him. If that is not a viable option then fight him with artillery (esp. rocket art.) 6. When you have taken both Canadian cities close to you. 7. Fall Gelb 8. It depends on the playstyle of that person but Guderian seems like the smartest choice.

1. Zhukov 2.Space shuttle and forts. 3.dismiss the commander to try and buy a cheap but powerful general such as Meyer 4. No. Nasser is better. 5. If he isn't an objective, avoid him. If he is, rocket artillery spam. 6. Turn ten in Washington I believe. 7. Fall Gelb 8.Vatutin. In response to Lannes' answer, Guderian is a late game general.

Ah yes, I forgot the existence of Vatutin, but I guess Guderian is still one of the best beginner commanders (if not the best) because you can get alot of medals in the beginning (I mean Blitzkrieg alone gives up to 150 medals).

Completing the entire axis and Allies campaign with 3 gold stars will give only 2500 medals. Still a thousand off from Guderian. Definitely not early game general.
