Idk if it was RNG or a change in AI, but I beat this level with no replacement whatsoever. I used a triple mechanized inf with lvl 2 sapper and Guderian with barely any health upgrades. Each time i stepped on a mine, i only took 20 damage, so i always took the mine over the bunker. Just made my way through and ended with ~1 health. I was so happy, and hoped this helped somebody!

If you upgraded your tech to have just enough HP, movement and landmine dmg reduction, you should survive. This is especially if you dump your gen with the highest HP multiplier on the unit. Since Bunkers have MGs which you don't have dmg reduction against, you definitely DO NOT want to take them on.

This mission is literally just Easytech forcing you to update your tech. Get the 90% off landmine upgrade (you need to already have the suitable hp, etc. upgrades before even being able to access this upgrade), and use a quadruple-stacked mechanized infantry. I used Konev as my general.
Edit: Konev did not have any infantry upgrades besides red nameplate (for hp). Even the infantry skill that he comes with was only level 1.
Literally just go up to each city, step on the landmines, and one-shot it. With Konev, you should be able to deal 100+ damage to each city, which is more than enough since they're all lvl 1 cities. I finished this mission with about 65% hp.

There's no America in this mission lol. Also no nuclear cities. Just two cities with level 1 airports.

Bunkers do about 40+ damage per attack, while I think landmines do 7 or 11 damage or something with the 90% off upgrade.

Yep. Bunkers do about 40+ damage per attack, while I think landmines do 7 or 11 damage or something with the 90% off upgrade. I find that skill very effective in the missions and in the Cold wat campaign when they are used the most.

I usually don't keep track of troop stacking in domination since I just spam the spawn button until I can't spam it anymore.

Always avoid the bunkers and choose mines over them.

Always avoid the bunkers and choose mines over them. Both are bad, but atleast mines can't shot you.

Always avoid the bunkers and choose mines over them. Both are bad, but atleast mines can't shot you. I like enemy landmines. My useless allies can't plug up narrow passages this way. They'll step on the landmines, disintegrate, and then I'll actually be able to move my troops.

I think upgrading the infantry's technology to reduce mine damage by 75% - 90%. You should avoid bunkers and accept going into land mines. Looks like there's an air strike every time you get close to a city
