China wants to help building your first forces, all funded by Chinese Government. Do you agree?  I accept, though we need a new relocation spot since we were destroyed by those damn NATO warmonger's. I'd also like it to be a broadcasting station to continue fervent Sealandish propaganda. Maybe give us something to stop these damn missiles. Training and building your forces could be done in Mainland China, all training tanks, jets, and (later) naval forces will be funded by China. |

Since I have a non-agression pact now... I'm sending my navy from Sicily to Sealand and occupy the whole country. The only thing valueable we found is a radio. Sealand you're mine now.

Iran decides to stay neutral and start to attack Iraq. Iran will join NATO/WTO if Armenia and Pakistan/Turkey and Saudi Arabic are defeated. If Iran joins one organization, Iran will shrae its nuclear weapon with all other members.

Iran, I took Iraq if you touch it I will take the remaining part of your country. I'd have a compromise:
I give you all of your land back + Iraq
Kurdistan gets its Iranian territory
You become a Swiss vassal with some freedoms
NATO can rule over you as well but Switzerland can overrule anyone else
You have to share your nuclear stock pile and power plants with me
If you however don't accept these terms and continue your agrression towards Swiss Iraq I will declare war and take the remaining Iranian land
