Well, my test was hardly rigorous, so I could easily be wrong. If you think your theory better fits reality, cheers! Until last week I thought absolutely the same: 25 or 50 campaign β Tigger. After restarting the game I did early the US conquest: 650 America / 250 Asia - I was shocked! So I continued in the campaign more 75β - but still no change for Asia! @extraprules gave me the hint to get nobility and health to my generals. This was the key! Just by leveling up my squad my save with the same campaignβ gave me up to 850/600. I get a (smaller) bonus for every additional campaignβ, but the levels of the generals make the difference. For sure I will control the scores during my campaign - maybe there even more bonuses at 200,250... And my questions please, how was your R31 score for Europe and do you max π° and π for your finish? Disclaimer: I played that America campaign over 18 months ago, so my memory might not be completely accurate, but I believe Iβd finished it in 28 turns with about 55/60 rank/nobility and 8k/3k/9k gold/hammers/food. That got me about 750 years in America and 400 or 450 in Asia. The latter steadily increased for every 50 campaign stars earned to the point where I won Lan from that save. After restarting the game last week, these are the stats for my France 1798 conquest: 38 turns 99 stars 45/50 rank/nobility 9k/4K/9k gold/hammers/food 750/250 years in Europe/Asia Update: Bumped myself up to 109 stars, but I'm still stuck at 250 in Asia. You might be onto something.

You might be onto something. Hello junius, I published All requirements for Lan with links to all necessary data.π When you look how big the bonuses for leveling up your generals are, you will directly see the importance - I hope I could explain the game mechanics for Asian years as I calculate them. If you want to get Lan - try the new US 1775 guide. Easy and fun - no (good) generals needed. If you want my help to optimize your score just ask - it will be a pleasure for me (and I even can prove my new findings).
