That's what I do. Portugal succumbs around turn 30. It is a bit tight for a speedrun, so I would see the wisdom of getting someone there (Junot from Paris tavern or Jourdan) So many possibilities to try, I'm making a thread Yeah its bad for speed-run conquest. Honestly, I need Napoleonic Code since my econ cant reach certain amount at 28-31 turn. I just failed so well lol, Murat was right when he told the emperor to not conquer Russia. If only Napoleon married Tsar daughter not Marie from Austria... off topic: Marie hated Napoléon but liked their son (Napoléon II.). She did try to stop war in 1815 but failed. The Austrians actually attacked France in 1815 but with double the amount of troops they were pushed back by Lannes' former V. Corps

I just got Lan and Victoria from this. But I didn't follow the guide exactly. I used Sakurako on France, Sophia on Italy. And Isabella on Ottoman. Many things went wrong with Poland with Dombrowski attacking Vienna and polish units attacking Brunn ( I somehow pissed them off ) but Bagration came to my rescue. Alright here's what I did different. Sophia helped take Milan then sped over to Moreau, Desaix and Claude. After taking them out she went through Massena, western France, then rushed down to Spain to deal the finishing blow to a fort there. Another thing that went wrong is Doblen utterly failed to defeat Denmark. Half of their land was filled with artillery by the time Hotze got there. I used medkits (1 or 2) and ships to defeat them. Everything went according to plan for Ottoman and Sakurako was in Barcelona by turn 9. Finished in 30 rounds even with 9999 gold, 3500 iron, and 9500 food by following kanue's advice and saving from round 20 and on. Ah it feels good to finally win this.

Gratz, Lord Mountbatten. Just curious how your dealt with Napoleon? Archduke C. Was a beast with Italy. Napoleon went to attack Tunisia (perhaps a bit of luck) so him and the Archduke along with the general from Naples fought each other on the water after I captured Sicily.

I only have basic items (+1 attack items), but I have around 750 medals saved up and 5* business general. Current generals I'm using are Isabella 3*art, Moreau 5*art, and Golitsyn. What should I buy? And also, how do you deal with the fort and fortress so quickly near the french-HRE border?

Save up for a war horse and use it for both Moreau and Golitsyn or you can buy a snare drum which you can use on all your generals that don't have mass fire.

For the fortresses I use artillery (Sophia) and/or Cavalry (Sulkowski)

Britain can do most of the work, send in a couple of Infantries for the finishing blow if needed.

I'm really confused, this walkthrough is not helping me with Victoria or Lan at all. The French are delaying me way too much.

Send your own Cavalry general direct to Spain without going through France. Fight more defensive against France until Desaix, Dumouriez, and Moreau die, then attack. You should have good Econ by then

Thanks, I'll try that. So I need to wait till the French generals die out before I attack?

Thanks, I'll try that. So I need to wait till the French generals die out before I attack? As I understand it at least, you need to run right past the french gens (or at least most of them, anyway) and them kill them later
