What are the resource and rank requirements for hre 1798 conquest by level 27-31 to get 800 years of rule? Can someone please tell me?

danstark9,i have 800 years rule in Europe My rank is lv45 and my nobility rank 55 My campaign stars are 175 (18 missions in imperial eagle with 5 stars, all missions in coalition with 5 stars and 5 missions in hre campaign) You can increse more fast your rank with the Item On War, this item is in the mission Battle of Nations in Berlin in HRE campaign, this item cost around 1000 medals but with 5 stars bussiness general, this item cost around 700 medals. In my game with HRE i win in 33 turns with 9999 gold 3018 metal and 9999 food My generals are: Sophia ( 4 stars in artillery and 3 in move, with oak wheel) Sulkowski (no upgradein stars, with snare drum and war horse) Isabela ( 4 stars in artillery 3 stars in move and 5 stars in bussiness ,with artillery horse)

Yeah, tanks, i got 800 yrs but still no victoria. Can someone who got victoria tell me their resaurces and turn for 850 yrs?
