Max Otto von Stierlitz, is the total number of cities in 1980 also 195? The total number of cities in 1939 is 195, and I was wondering if it was the same for all other conquests. If so I may have beaten a 1980 most cities record which took me months to do (oof rocket cruiser spam)

As I remember, in WC3 maps were a bit different, but in WC4 I think they are the same.

As I remember, in WC3 maps were a bit different, but in WC4 I think they are the same. ah ok then, I'll devote one more hour to clearing up and completing the conquest. If the maps are the same then I would have captured 187 cities, which could have been 195 (AI decided to be nastily nice this time and leave Turkey and India untouched )

Yeah I’ve noticed that only ports change between eras, like in 1950 Tripoli loses its port, but I’ve never noticed a city disappearing or being added

I wanted them to go for the middle east but they tried escaping into the atlantic, which would be bad for my submarines blocking the European West coast
