I got the great pyramids and I already feel a great increase in medals from invasions. While it looks like a 33% increase in medal earning because we get 3 invasions in each cycle, I often feel the increase is closer to 50% because often I have one invasion I can't do because it is too difficult. Before the wonder most cycles I do 2 invasions, now I often do 3 invasions every cycle

I rarely receive that one difficult Invasion. |

The invasion wonders have great cost in gold. Great pyramids cost 100,000 gold, City of Djenne Costs 150,000 gold and Great Wall cost 250,000 gold. I heard red fort cost 500,000 gold. But they are the best wonders imo. They generate medals for you and invasions are only source of renewable medals.
I went into the cold campaign just to get city of Djenne and Great Wall

Invasions also aren’t the time and general sink that tasks are. I’ve got all the wonders now, and it’s actually hard to complete all available tasks because you just don’t have enough generals. Invasions can be done much more quickly and don’t tie up a general that prevents you from completing more like tasks do. |
