Well I like expanding my team there must come a time when I have to stop expanding to upgrade my generals rank and improve/add skills. I already have Auchinleck, Leeb, Yamamoto, Manstein, Guedrian. After I get Konev I plan to stop getting any new generals for awhile and improve my current ones.

I would take one fully upgraded Guderian over three of any other un-upgraded generals and finish most everything faster that way.

Fully upgraded Guderian can't do daily missions alone and can't defeat with certainty Navy/Art/Infantry Invasions. Campaigns, conquests and battles in Domination will remain with you today, tomorow and in the future. But what is gone is gone. We can't neglect this aspect as well.

I’m just talking about on the battlefield.

I have Manstein, Eisenhower, Zhukov, Guderian, Rommel, Konev, and Yamamoto. I love them all, Im on the Cold War missions and have been grinding medals to promote their ranks and outfit them with skills. I'm thinking about getting either Donitz, Yamashita, or Mannerheim next.

So after I got guderian, konev, rokosovsky, donitz, yamamoto I started to upgrade some of my generals a bit.. at least gave them another skil lvl1 and donitz/konev rumour.. its a game changer... So probably a mix of expanding and upgrading will be the most satusfactory in the end
