These represent the land code of the country, to get the land code -1(minus) the country code. |

Don't add Austria unless you make Austria Hungary (Austria, Hungary, Northern Yugoslavia, west and most of north Romania, Czechs and that nation that is a part of them in WW2) also add the Ottoman empire ( Turkey, Cyprus, and all of Arabia except the British colonies)

I screwed up i thought it was ww1 you could add german austria to the first one (AH) the austrians thought if they changed the n ethey were fine.
