His body and Eva Braun's body were burned at Hitler's order. His body was identified by his dentist. NB: the discovery of Hitler's body was kept secret and lies about the whereabouts of Hitler were generated by the Soviets. This is probably why the author thought Hitler fled to South America.

I think he said Hitler went to SA because other prominent Nazis like Josef Mengele (Der Todesengel von Auschwitz) and also Adolf Eichmann fled both to SA.

It's also featured in GoG the Antarctica missions play in a scenario where many Nazis (Hitler too?) fled to Antarctica and build a base there in 1938. In reality they were searching for whales in that area  |

Its not entirely impossible, though. It was HITLER's dentist who identified the teeth, so he may have lied. On top of that, he likely had several Soviets awaiting his answer, so you know...just sayin. |

I doubt its true but I have seen an FBI report somewhere that claims he was spotted in Argentina but it's possibly a fake. I also read that there wasn't any credible sources for the proof of Hitler's death. I heard the Soviets claimed they found his body but never gave any evidence. I could be wrong though.
Also, if he survived I'm sure the Mossad would have at least tried to knock him off like they did Eichman.
