I wanted to enjoy wc4 and I find it quite difficult, so I spent £41 (the largest package) to get 25000 medals. I bought grazini and vatutin because my hq level is low and I currently have 21300 medals. What should I spend them on. Also does wc4 often reset say if your device goes dead whilst playing like wc3 did so I can be carefully. Thank you

WC3 is harder that WC4. The only not so easy thing was to get 1800 medals without gens to buy Timoshenko (by the middle of ww2 pacific, where I am currently). After I did it everything goes smooth. But you already have 2 very good gens and if you will buy famous gens with 40% discount, than you will be able to buy all best gens for those medals and upgrade them for medals you will earn. I think you don't have to worry about anything, just raise level clearing scenarios to unlock gens, buy famous gens with 40% discount (Rommel, Konev and Nimitz) and it will be ok.

I agree to some extent that WC4 has an easy start in comparison to WC3 or some other ET games. But to be honest we don't know yet how difficult WC4 could be. Don't judge a book by the cover. First steps are easy, but I spent more time to hire my 5th General than my first 4 generals together. Only after Modern war update will be out, we'll be able to estimate a relative difficulty of the game. EW5 was the most difficult ET game I ever played, and you simply can't say how difficult it is before Industrial age campaigns or missions like Volgograd or Panama...

liamcog Btw to play for some time without additional generals is not a bad idea... Take some time, "feel" the game and after that you'll be able himself answer your own question better than anyone else.

And that's why I said that I'm currently in the middle of ww2 pacific and by that point even with one silver gen everything is ok. So at least he has very long way to go without a problems.

Moreover all Challenges could be completed with a relative weak team. A thing unthinkable in WC3. My guess ET give us some possibilities to earn medals from the start, but Cold war is not a walkover and I think Modern war will be challenging enough...

I have Messe as my General. But what should my next General be since I have 485 medals.
I on Axis mission 3 and Allies mission 7 for WW2 in Europe

I hope it will be so, as such easy game becomes quite boring.

I on Axis mission 3 and Allies mission 7 for WW2 in Europe If you have problems, sell Messe and buy Timoshenko or Vatutin (when you will have enough medals). I prefer Timoshenko: he's a bit cheaper, in thank a bit weaker, but stronger in inf and art, also he has insane speed, which gives him quite notable bonus in naval units too. Vatutin is more straightforward, Timoshenko can be more useful using some tricky tactics. If you don't have problems, save medals for Timoshenko or Vatutin.

With one exception I received 3 stars for each single mission. european-war-4.boards.net/thread/7139/1700-medals-who-get?page=2So it is technically possible. Maybe you should rethink your strategy in those missions.
