Got this myself yesterday and now I've read this thread in full I did it the same way as everyone else. If anyone's interested my lineup is outlined here european-war-4.boards.net/thread/8333/final-lineup-endgame-advice Key points were ignore the south-west completely, Bismarck I gave him a few hits while I was taking the cluster of towns to the east then moved on and finished him off with a spawned cavalry unit, after a bit of help from the allies. North-east I took out both towers and captured the range first before going inside. Once inside I took out everyone but the mortar general and then on the move again by turn 17/18. Finished off the mortar & city with spawned units. South-east was all about smashing the tower and getting through the wall asap.

Clockwise.
The main issue is to get your allies to do anything useful. They are easily distracted.
I occupy the archery in the SE corner and put Princess Li there, taking out the gun tower in the complex with Alex and one my cannons. Use Ocllo to generate income from the town to the right.
Spawn archers to occupy the town down the bottom and take out and occupy the factory. You may get a little help here, though not essential. Keep spamming archers to a total of 6 and head north to the NW fort.
The rest follows the already posted wisdom but you need to take out gun turrets in the NW port and occupy all buildings within with regular troops, walls too afterwards.
With nothing else to do assistance from your allies should occupy the enemy generals in the NE tower whilst Alexander finishes the palace. After the rest of your generals have moved swiftly south after healing a bit in the town and range whilst taking out the gun towers and the cavalry general, you can spam archers to distract troops in the NE fort. You’ll have easily enough income being generated by now.
Worked for me, on the 24th round. Just.

This mission stumps me, I speed run through the first two forts on the left side, Bismarck and French defeated by turn 5, I’m already baring down on the last German fort. But the Turkish Generals that appear and the two German Generals really stump me. They take like no damage and are just constantly in the way of my artillery, I can’t destroy the forts in time.

One tip is to make sure that when you destroy the tower in the southeast Kemal can't block your path, he can really slow you down. Here's how I did it with my InfCom team:
