oof thats a lot of money... yup but turn base war games are my favorite, I’m to old for FPS I don’t have the reflexes or the eye sight or both anymore lol I’m 51. i like exploring games too especially anything to do with space though I don’t think I can afford a game like (star citizen) where a single a space craft can cost a 1000 dollars now that’s is one expansive game gees. I think I saw one that was 2500 dollars that is just a insane amount to dominate a game.

Totally won that" get out really O my I must be not doing something right my general will last a good long time but the other units get squashed fast and when it’s just my general he doesn’t stand a chance any helpful hints O I think i get you now, is your technology higher than mine I haven’t unlocked pacific yet so I am still at Europe technology. If I can’t get it with super tanks and super artillery I might have to wait on completing that one good thing they refresh

My tech is Pacific level and nearly maxed. Tech in my opinion can be more helpful as generals for example the rocket artillery upgrade that makes it so you can a %80 chance of not retaliating. Even though my Generals are lackluster, I am still able to beat a lot of campaigns and missions just because of my technology level.

I can’t even get 3 turns without dropping out. The ones with a lake/pond I try and bait them into the water makes it easy to take them out.

Each Invasion is different I believe but a general tip for invasions is stay near bodies of water as the AI love diving in their troops in which case, blast them before they get on land again.
I can't answer anymore questions as I have a few essays that I need to write but feel free to ping me and I'll respond when I have time

About the baiting into water tactic, doing the invasions it’s seems some units are easier than others, infantry seem the easiest and rocket launchers are the hardest units to bait, probably because they have good mobility and a strike range of two. they mostly just go around the lake. I’ve tried to beat the 5 launchers a couple of times and was only able to bait one or two sometimes none they just simply go around I haven’t much luck baiting the rocket launchers

Not sure about this but using the terrain can mitigate damage. Ex. Placing your arty on a mountains will reduce damage taken by %20 I believe. In moments where you can't abuse water, tech comes into play. Having a lower chance of getting retaliation is EXTREMELY helpful for invasions, they save you so much HP. When I get home, I can post some screenshots of tech that I would recommend to get immediately. european-war-4.boards.net/thread/10973/technology-tree-guide-order-significance here's a forum post about the tech tree but it's missing Tank

I am maxed out on all technology as far as Europe scenarios go, I got to unlock the pacific tech still. arg that is one down fall to doing just domination mode first. thanks for the info and that would be great on the tech info you recommend.

I’m finding out all three modes go hand in hand.
I think all the landmarks can be unlocked from the get go but you can only go so far in domination some generals can’t be removed off HQ achievement board until other theaters are unlocked same with technology and wonders. I think lvl 33 can be reached without moving on to scenarios. but once the Europe scenarios are completed I’ll head back to domination to complete what generals I can move off the achievement board complete wonders and max out all the pacific technology then complete the pacific scenarios back to domination for more unlocking all the Cold War technology and then the last theater modern warfare. I’m thinking as well of doing all the nations of conquest 39 etc. as I unlock each level also. it appears this is kind of how the game is structured doing things in each mode as things progress.

The five generals in domination mode are interesting, they can’t be removed off the achievement board until three things are completed.
1. complete the two scenarios to unlock the discounts, the first scenario is for the recruitment. 2. recruit the general. 3. complete the wonder.
Doesn’t have to be in this order other than first scenario is required.
