Pietro Badoglio, vonviper, many of us believe the -20% etc percentages on terrain refer to the movement reduction, not the damage aversion as some of us had tested out the damage stats some time ago (i remember it was a member called govorov, idk v long ago) anyways one terrain we are absolutely sure of are cities where damage is averted when the city still has health.

Thats weird. Mountains seems to slow units by a lot more than just -20% and it doesn't make sense for artillery to be faster than tanks on mountains. (or does it? idk)

it might because a artillery is lighter than a tank the unit with the least terrain obstruction is infantry, that is interesting wonder if the -20% is for movement as well.

In some campaign missions (Leningrad...) mountains cannot even be crossed over, so I thing that there are sub-groups to the terrain tiles that deal with movement.

If your generals are going to equip medals, prioritize upgrading the skills that are medal-boosted.

Huh I just noticed generals can be promoted no medals it’s cash, first I’ve seen it I’ve completed Europe must of unlocked cool beans hope it stays cash upgrade medals are rare lol.
what happens if I promote before I upgrade the rank, seems upgrading the rank changes the HP yet promotion does the same thing?..

Always try to banner upgrade first, because cash is easy to obtain. Only when your general roster is complete and you have fully upgraded most of them, then start to focus on the purple banner upgrade and rank promotions.

Roger that Bing, hey question on the Cover skill ribbon, I notice it says dodge the enemy attacks what enemy is it all enemy I ask because some of the other dodge skills are either air or artillery, missiles, if cover is for all enemy wouldn’t that be a better choice?
