Well let's think. Oceania is Indonesia and Australia. I would say that Allies 1943 gets the badge because you have to take over Oceania from Japan.

According to NetherFreek it has to be Australia. I have never completed an Australian conquest and I still have the badge. Nor have I completed 1943 Japan. |

I did yesterday evening japan 1943 in 43 sets.. But still no achievement.. I guess the advise in the beginning of this topic should be revised..  Waste of time  You sure Uinted kingdom 1943 will lead me to ocean achievement? Other wise I guess I will use australia to be sure 1943 gives Africa and Americas. |
