Lan is possibly a corruption of Mulan (thanks, Disney) and Victoria is too obvious to warrant searching. Definitely more likely than Qing Princess Youlan - en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Youlan_(noble)However, there are far more Qing princesses that exist. It's just that Wikipedia probably had no pages on them.

Throw it to our Chinese compatriots and see what they come up with?

Throw it to our Chinese compatriots and see what they come up with? Eh, why not?

I know this isn't a Historical error, but this is even more funny than Historical errors. No trade stars Döbeln has 2* in Trade in the shop.

Nobunaga Oda, every general acquires one trade star when he has 8 nobility points, and 2 trade stars when he has 10 nobility points.

Interesting, but certainly nothing to complain about! (It is worth noting that there is another beneficial bug too - there is no Nobility Level Nine; it jumps straight from 8 to 10).
I have all my academy generals/princesses maxed out and a +6 camp; I shall have to go play and see what happens.

There are tons of historical errors in EW4 that don't really make the game bad, but tick me off a bit. A few off the top of my head:
- Imperial Eagle, Wagram. The Battle of Wagram followed Aspern-Essling, which was preceded by the French taking Vienna. Vienna is depicted as being in Austrian hands, and Lasalle is depicted in his Wagram cavalry charge. Wtf???
- Eastern Overlord, Finnish War. Moreau is there. Enough said. He was in America at the time.
- Imperial Eagle, Peninsular War. Junot is in Madrid, and it's 1808. Good. But then Massena is in the mission. But didn't he invade the peninsula in like 1810???
- Imperial Eagle, Prussia Counterattack. Austria wasn't in the war.
- Imperial Eagle, Three Emperors. Prussia wasn't in the war.
- Coalition, Austerlitz. Prussia wasn't in the war.
That's all for now

Too be fair, Prussia never attacks in Three Emperors.

To add on to the above ^^ point, ET in this game tries to squeeze events before, during & after the title of the campaign and everything that happens in the campaign into 1 stage.
That's why Wagram has you attacking all the way to Vienna, leading up to actual Historical Battle of Warfram.

Good point. Overall, they do a pretty good job. Besides, they are constrained by the size of the map, and the need of making a level challenging, so I'm fine if they need to stretch the truth here and there.

Nobunaga Oda , the base Nobility level is what changes the Trading. With Max Nobility you would get 3 Trading Stars. The Supply Items wouldn't affect the Trade at all , even if you had 2 +6 camps with +10 base nobility

Also does anyone know who the American Princess is? Kate? She is seen in EW5 as well I think she's a sop to the American players, as unlike any of the other nations in this game, the United States of America never had a Royal Family at any stage. Finding her is going to be difficult, because that fact means you can't google "Princess Kate" the way you can with the others and have any chance of getting a meaningful result. Students of early US/colonial history are invited to comment. Of all the princesses that are fictional, she's likely to be the most fictional.
