Update: I'm pretty sure I have all 1798 tavern generals locked down vis a vis the items and times they deploy, their costs and capabilities. Real life is super-hectic right now, but I'm going to start work on writing that up for posting and data mining the next Europe scenario ASAP.

Update: I have the 1806 list drawn up and am currently fighting my way through some conquests to see which items drop on recruitment. I am not completely sure yet because I haven't had time to compare the figures in detail, but I strongly suspect that the same tavern general always gets the same item and stats across all years and all taverns. If this is the case, it will ease my task immensely and the entire opus will be ready much sooner than I had planned.
