Stalin. I keep wondering why he started the Great Purges and was such an idiot to believe Nazi desinformation about Unternehmen Barbarossa and why he dishonored Zhukov and why he didn't start a war against Western Europe in 1946-1948 etcetera, etcetera, etcetera.
