And I think the chance of death will not work. How about using after year xxxx, that general couldn't be used anymore? That is probably better, but what year do you think I should do? The year they historically died if they died? The year that they historically dead, is unfair, because generally, the historically winning states generals have longer life span than the losing one. But, we could make the dead generals life span expands, because in any theoretical war, the war is extremely longer than the actual war.. |

If you used 3 turns today then you spectate. Although signing treaties and stuff doesn't cost a turn so you can do that.

BTW it is allowed by the way. you can get a part of one of my harbours, however. that paet can ONLY be used for millitary. You cannot use that part for trading etc. I still want to claim taxes for EVERY SHIP that pass my rivers INCLUDING YOURS |
