With research team in Europe gets abundant information and research material, Japan had finally finished its Advanced Rifle Program, the Type 22 Murata rifle. (1 move) Japan also researched and competed its Ironclad program, building the Kotetsu, Fuso and Hiei for the IJN. More ships, the Kongo class, were prepared by the IJN. (1 move) With the information gathered by scholars in Prussia, Japan had taken the first step to industrialization. (1 move)

Okay, we need a way to industrialize. I guess the first step is to see which countries are already industrialized: Industrialized Countries: France U.K United States (North) Prussia Spain Austria Belgium Netherlands Agrarian Countries: Confederate States (South) Brazil Liberal Mexico Empire of Mexico Sardinia-Piedmont All other Italian states Japan Nations that are both Agrarian and Industrial: Russian Empire Okay, so now we need rules as to how to industrialize. I think you will need to follow these steps: 1.Support Immigration to large cities (Takes up three turns) 2.Officially outlaw Slavery (Two turns) 3.Have at least level two industrial tech (will create that tech branch soon) 4.Increase the number of factories in your nation to at least ten (Building factories take up one turn each) 5.Send out Scholars to study foreign wars, military tech, industrialization, etc. (You need to do this at least twice, and thus takes two turns.) Now some countries, such as the Confederacy CANNOT OUTLAW SLAVERY because that is the whole reason they split apart from the union. So I'm not going to make it so that Suvorov can't industrialize, but you will still need to spend those two turns. So for you, you'll need to create 12 factories in order to industrialize. Also, I feel like we may need some perks for being an agrarian nation. Any ideas?

And also, simply because you're already industrialized doesn't mean that you shouldn't continue building factories. More factories=more weapons and more supplies.

And also, here's another idea: Generals! This way the Confederates may have a shot at winning (All though they will fall to the might UNION). Confederate Generals: Robert E. Lee: Infantry:Five Stars Cavalry:Three Stars Artillery:Three Stars Navy:No Stars Defense:Three Stars Offense:Three Stars Usage:Can be used infinitely Stonewall Jackson: Infantry:Four Stars Cavalry:Three Stars Artillery:Two Stars Navy:No Stars Defense:Five Stars Offense:Two Stars Usage:Until the Winter of 1867 Usage of Left Arm:Until the Summer of 1862 Jeb Stuart: Infantry:Two Stars Cavalry:Three Stars Artillery:Four Stars Navy:No Stars Defense:Four Stars Offense:Three Stars Usage:Until the Summer of 1865 (Generals are ranked on a star system of 1-5, like in WC3)

Industrial Tech: Level 1: Basic Factories Basic Railroad Interchangeable Parts
Level 2: Larger Factories Basic Ferries Widely Distributed Railroads
Level 3: Mass Production Bessemer Process (Cleaner Steel) Canal-Building
(All of these take up one turn to create)
Industrialized states already have Tech Levels One and Two.

I don't like this whole technology stuff. We should get more turns maybe 5 per day from tomorrow on?
Anyway this is getting very complicated so could you please make a separate thread with the rules for this Theoretical War.

Operation Reunion Part 2 French and Dutch troops attack Belgium following this battleplan. Since Belgium is both French and Dutch the conquest goes alot faster with many natives joining either side and the troops reach Brussel. Anything lower than a 6 will result in a defeat of the siege and the troops would have to retreat. Np6qzogn·

I see where youre coming from, but I have a feeling that instead of people maybe using those extra turns for tech, they'd just do more battles.

How about this then? You can only do 3 military turns every day. And you get 5 turns in total.
