This is what Europe looks like right now.

How about this then? You can only do 3 military turns every day. And you get 5 turns in total. Better. All though here's how'd I'd word it: "You have five turns total each day, but you can only use at most three turns for military actions" That way, it still allows for people to advance tech for those three turns.

This is what Europe looks like right now. Wait, since when did you take over all of Italy? I think France only took over the Papal States region and Spain got nothing.

And we didn't take all of Italy. Austria still has its parts. And Spain got a bit of my land if I get Sardinia.

I don't like this whole technology stuff. We should get more turns maybe 5 per day from tomorrow on? Anyway this is getting very complicated so could you please make a separate thread with the rules for this Theoretical War. I'm not sure if we should do more than three turns. I see where youre coming from, but I have a feeling that instead of people maybe using those extra turns for tech, they'd just do more battles. Then they'd lose those battles due to higher opposing tech. It should add a severe penalty to the dice roll if they have less tech than the country they are attacking.

Oh of we now have 5 turns, I have 2 left until my refresh. One goes to finishing the advanced Rifle tech, and the other goes to starting the Early Machineguns.

Okay, we need a way to industrialize. I guess the first step is to see which countries are already industrialized: Industrialized Countries: France U.K United States (North) Prussia Spain Austria Belgium Netherlands Agrarian Countries: Confederate States (South) Brazil Liberal Mexico Empire of Mexico Sardinia-Piedmont All other Italian states Japan Nations that are both Agrarian and Industrial: Russian Empire Okay, so now we need rules as to how to industrialize. I think you will need to follow these steps: 1.Support Immigration to large cities (Takes up three turns) 2.Officially outlaw Slavery (Two turns) 3.Have at least level two industrial tech (will create that tech branch soon) 4.Increase the number of factories in your nation to at least ten (Building factories take up one turn each) 5.Send out Scholars to study foreign wars, military tech, industrialization, etc. (You need to do this at least twice, and thus takes two turns.) Now some countries, such as the Confederacy CANNOT OUTLAW SLAVERY because that is the whole reason they split apart from the union. So I'm not going to make it so that Suvorov can't industrialize, but you will still need to spend those two turns. So for you, you'll need to create 12 factories in order to industrialize. Also, I feel like we may need some perks for being an agrarian nation. Any ideas? [ And I'm the mixed one well ok

And also, simply because you're already industrialized doesn't mean that you shouldn't continue building factories. More factories=more weapons and more supplies. And what about Russia
