Union turns for summer of 1862: 1.Researched Total War 2.Researched Total War 3.Researched Bessemer Process 4.The Unionists send their naval fleet at Havana to attack New Orleans. They are aided by David Farragut, have Ironclad ships, and have a larger navy. Anything under a four is a marginal defeat. DNloL6MU The Unionists successfully take New Orleans and effectively gains control of the Mississippi River. Most of the rest of the river is still confederate controlled, however. 5.The Unionists expand their armed forces and launch another attack on the major road that will lead to Nashville if captured successfully. George B. McClellan controls the attack. Due to the last attack causing alarm regarding to the road, the confederate defenses were raised. Thus, even though they have more men and a general, anything less than a six will be a defeat.
Again, they're repulsed and fall back to defend the Tennessee-Kentucky Border.···

After softening up the defenses, the troops move in. They need at least a four due to the garrison being softened up after the initial bombardment. 3GE6fjax The Liberal Mexicans raise the Mexican Flag over the city of Chihuahua and is again a huge morale victory. ·

My first two turns were taken above. Instead of researching and selling machine guns, Spain researches Advanced Artillery with 2 turns.
My final turn for the day is to invest one point in adopting Total War.

My first two turns were taken above. Two more go to finishing the Machine Gun tech. Spain is willing to sell machine guns to countries that aren't industrialized or haven't researched this tech yet. My final turn for the day is to invest one point in adopting Total War. Machine guns aren't until 1863. You can replace the researching of machine guns with advanced artillery or total war research. Or industrial research, your choice.

Here's Mexico for today.
1. Total War
2. Total War (I got all)
3. Hire General William Tecumseh Sherman (if allowed) and does this count as a turn? If not, I'm attacking Chihuahua with Sherman. Due to his extreme skills there needs to be at least a 4 to win Rru2MGYt
It's a success.
4. (we got 5 turns from now on!!!) My troops under Santa Anna (if Sherman is not allowed) move farther Northwest in order to kill any Republican they can see. I can't really say a number here so I'm going with a big army on both sides. At least 5 in order for me to win
5. Industry.···
