Here's Mexico for today. 1. Total War 2. Total War (I got all) 3. Hire General William Tecumseh Sherman (if allowed) and does this count as a turn? If not, I'm attacking Chihuahua with Sherman. Due to his extreme skills there needs to be at least a 4 to win Rru2MGYtIt's a success. 4. (we got 5 turns from now on!!!) My troops under Santa Anna (if Sherman is not allowed) move farther Northwest in order to kill any Republican they can see. I can't really say a number here so I'm going with a big army on both sides. At least 5 in order for me to win A.Im not sure if Santa Anna would fight for the French backed imperial Mexican government. If you want an imperial Mexican general, I'd just use Maximillian I. I'll make stats for him later. B.Again, you aren't industrialized, so you can't use Total War. C.Confederate Generals are only for the CSA, Union generals are only for the USA, etc. Of course,I haven't made a list for three or more generals of every nation, so you can create the list and stats for the French.

And finally France.
1. France is able to build ironclad ships 2. A protoype of a K98 is presented to the French defense minister who accepts it but mass production isn't possible yet, advanced rifling (I'd say possible next turn)
3. Factories build.
4. Advanced Rifling
5. Factories build (so that the K98 can be produced next turn)

Well originally, I just wanted to have it be that you cannot become industrialized and that you're either industrial or you're not. But people wanted a way to become industrialized so that's why there's a huge confusing mess about how to industrialize...
