Name: Wilhelm Ritter von LeebRank: Major Price: 1365 Infantry: 2(2) Artillery: 5(5) Armoured: 3(4) Air: 0(3) Navy: 0(0) Marching: 1(5) Artillery leader: * Plain fighting: * Rumor: * Very nice. As Wilhelm Ritter von Leeb kept saying, he definitely improved from WC3. Rumor, good. Art leader, great. Plain, magnificent. Definately a keeper. A must-have for 2nd artillery slot.

Name: Leonid GovorovPrice: 2145 Rank: Captain Infantry: 1(4) Artillery: 6(6) Armoured: 1(1) Air: 1(3) Navy: 0(0) Marching: 2(2) Jungle fighting: **** Explosives: * Artillery barrage: * Why Govorov... Lacks Art leader and Rumor... Which are both crucial for endgame. Shiny stars but crappy skills, just like Leeb in WC3. Maybe 3rd artillery slot if you like Jungles.

I mean... won’t Vatutin be too slow though? Seems like he moves one hex slower than everyone.

Think about his rank... it’s way too low that it nullifies his price advantage, and he has to make a decision between Armored Assault and Blitzkrieg, which are probably the two most necessary skills for tank generals.
