True, but some generals in this game also died before WWII began, so why not have him! He would be on tier with Mannerheim! If you'd also include Tukhachevsky. He'd have skills smiliar to George Washington's in EW4. |

The only medal artillery general runs 3 hex on field artillery. But make sure you have someone like Govorov first. Recommended, choose one from him and Konev as third artillery slot, need Vasilevsky as infantry slot if chooses him.  |

But have good fighting skills, 4.5 stars infantry(level 4 Guerrilla) and also good at surviving. If you want a cheap decent infantry, he is your guy. Mind that his output is not very high, but at least for the same amount of investment, he is a marshal. If you want a very cheap infantry you can consider him.  |
