L General Halsey is significantly cheaper than Yamamoto so if you think 30 extra HP and 8 extra damage on artillery is totally unnecessary then get him instead. Otherwise stick to Yamamoto. Recommended only if you find Yamamoto's advantages to Halsey redundant.  |
