Turn 1-3 advanced strategy And turn 4&5 advanced handguns rifles and mgs Mosin c96 and mg42 I'm guessing you mean the 1891-1930 with "Mosin" And nobody can get MG42 because it's OP.

But legit, here are my turns: 1.Researched Modern Strategy 2-3. Influenced Bolshevik Rebels 4.The Germans invade Belgium with most of their military. The Belgians are caught by surprise and the Germans easily march toward Brussels. They attack the city's defenses. The Germans will need a seven to destroy the city's defenses and capture the capital. Battle of Brussels X1PEdw55 (If you think capturing Brussels first turn is OP, keep in mind that historically the Germans swept through Belgium super quick. I can modify this if you guys think it is too Op.) The Germans capture Brussels and continue the thrust through Belgium. 5.The Germans send some of their army against the Russians in the East. They attack a Polish city right on the border of Germany. The Germans will need a four (the minimum) to take the small city. Battle:
The Germans take the small city and dig in.

Two turns: Advanced Rifles and Handguns
4 turns: The other two turn tech. I forgot what it's called.
How many turns does it take to influence a country?
