Hi guys,(sorry for my english)
a few days ago i decided to try create a mod.
I followed this guide
european-war-4.boards.net/thread/6029/creating-world-conqueror-step-process but it not say of the adding of country or add territories to country.
I wanted to ask how to add territories to a country create country and add city.
